Candied Carrots
Source: Fran Glueckert (Nanna)
Ingredients:
- 1/3 Cup Butter
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/3 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/3 Cup Water
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 2 Lbs Baby Carrots
Directions:
- Heat to boiling first five ingredients.
- Pour over carrots.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1.5 hours.
