Chicken San Marco

Ingredients:
- 2 Lbs Chicken, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 Envelope Dry Onion Soup Mixture
- 2 Tbs Oil
- 2 Tbs Wine Vinegar
- 1 Can Tomato Puree plus 1/2 can water -OR- 2 Cans Tomato Sauce
- 1 Tsp Oregano
- Pepper (dash)
- Garlic Powder (dash)
Directions:
- Place meat in skillet.
- Cover with soup mix and sauce.
- Sprinkle with spices.
- Simmer covered 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
