Marinated Veggie Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain all vegetables and combine in large bowl.
  2. Bring vinegar, oil, water, sugar and pepper to a boil.
  3. Cool liquid mixture and pour over the vegetables.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  5. Drain before serving.
  6. Keep marinade for any leftovers
Keeps well in refrigerator.
