Marinated Veggie Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 Can French Cut Green Beans
- 1 Can White Shoepeg Kernel Corn
- 1 Can LeSeuer Peas
- 1 Small Jar Diced Pimentos
- 1/2 Bunch Spring Onions
- 2 Stalks Celery, diced
- 1 Small Bell Pepper, diced
- 3/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Oil
- 1 Tbl Water
- 1 Cup Sugar (I use 3/4 cup.)
- 1 Tsp Pepper (I use white.)
Directions:
- Drain all vegetables and combine in large bowl.
- Bring vinegar, oil, water, sugar and pepper to a boil.
- Cool liquid mixture and pour over the vegetables.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Drain before serving.
- Keep marinade for any leftovers
