Salmon Pie

Ingredients:
- 2 Pie Crusts
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
- 2 Tbs Parsley, chopped
- 3/4 Tsp Basil
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Lb Can Salmon
- 1 Tomato, thinly sliced
- 1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Directions:
- Place one pie crust in the bottom of pie pan.
- Mix filling ingredients and pour into crust.
- Cover filling with tomato slices and grated cheese.
- Put top crust on and vent it.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes.
