Serbian Spinach Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Thaw and drain spinach.
  2. Combine all ingredients.
  3. Pour into large (9X13) casserole or two smaller ones.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
Makes 20 generous servings - halves easily; can be prepared ahead and frozen. Keeps well several days just in refrigerator.
