Serbian Spinach Casserole

Ingredients:
- 6 Beaten Eggs
- 1 Stick Softened Butter
- 6 Tablespoons Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Dried Onion Flakes
- 2 Pounds Cottage Cheese
- 1 Pound Cubed Velveeta Cheese
- 2 Packages Frozen Chopped Spinach
Directions:
- Thaw and drain spinach.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Pour into large (9X13) casserole or two smaller ones.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
