Spinach Balls

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook spinach and drain well.
  2. Add bread crumbs, eggs and melted butter.
  3. Add remaining ingredients, mix and refrigerate, preferably overnight.
  4. Make small balls.
  5. Bake on lightly greased baking sheet 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Makes about 50. Can be frozen and baked later.
