Tortilla Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1 Can Black Beans
- 1 Can No-Fat/Vegetarian Refried Beans
- 1 Can Enchilada Sauce
- ~20 Corn Tortillas
- 1 Sm. Can Green Chilies
- 2-3 Roma Tomatoes, sliced
- 1 Sm. Can Corn
- 1 Cup Grated Cheese
Directions:
- Mix the beans, chilies, corn and half of the sauce in a bowl.
- In a 8x11 pan put in a thick layer of tortillas. Breaking them in half makes this easier.
- Layer half of the bean mixture, another layer of tortillas, the rest of the bean mixture, sliced tomatoes, a smattering of cheese and another layer of tortillas.
- Cover the top with the rest of the sauce and the rest of the cheese.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
